Brad Downum

Encompassing more than 30 years of engineering related experience throughout all phases of development across the country, Brad thrives on challenges and leads an energetic team dedicated to driving projects forward to completion.  Brad has been integral part of CEI throughout his career, advancing with progressive positions since joining CEI in 1986 as a Project Designer and Project Manager.

Brad specializes in small project and program management and has successfully delivered comprehensive development services throughout the nation to fortune 500 companies.  His responsibilities include civil/site engineering design and project management for the one-acre properties and they entail plan production, site investigation, client representation, permitting agency coordination, coordinating ALTA surveys and geotechnical investigations, and coordinating with the general contractor. His experience includes site development layout for large retail shopping center sites of 20+ acres, including all site design, grading, street improvements, and utility infrastructure. Technically Brad is a rock star, but his attention to detail, commitment to quality and team communication solidify his legendary project manager reputation, and seals his hard earned status as a Client and Staff favorite.
