About Me
Jonathan Berry is the Department Manager for CEI Engineering Associates’ Commercial I team, supporting the Walmart program. With more than 20 years of experience in civil design, land development, project management, and team leadership, he brings a diverse background that spans engineering consulting, development, and organizational leadership.
Before joining CEI, Jonathan held several technical and leadership roles at Ozark Civil Engineering, including Civil Design Manager, CAD Manager, and CAD Systems Administrator. He also founded and operated 7Thirty Development, a boutique real estate investment and development company, gaining valuable experience from the owner/developer perspective.
In his current role, Jonathan focuses on project delivery, client service, team development, and operational excellence. He is passionate about solving complex challenges, helping projects move forward, and creating opportunities for team members to grow and succeed.
Jonathan’s combination of technical expertise, leadership experience, and development insight allows him to provide practical solutions while fostering strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams.
