Brad Adams serves as Chief Operations Officer for CEI Engineering, where he leads operational strategy, organizational performance, project delivery excellence, and leadership development across the firm’s multidisciplinary engineering and consulting practices. Based in Bentonville, Arkansas, Brad helps drive the firm’s continued growth while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and client service.
A graduate of Arkansas State University with a degree in Engineering, Brad brings more than 40 years of experience in commercial construction, engineering, and design. Throughout his career, he has successfully led and supported complex development and infrastructure projects across the United States, combining technical expertise with operational leadership and business strategy.
One of Brad’s most significant professional accomplishments is his more than 20-year relationship supporting Walmart Real Estate, where he was involved in the design and development of new stores, distribution centers, and the Walmart Home Office campus. His experience with one of the world’s largest retailers provided extensive expertise in large-scale program management, site development, entitlement processes, multidisciplinary coordination, construction delivery, and fast-paced corporate real estate programs.
Brad’s experience spans the complete project lifecycle—from planning and design through construction and operations—allowing him to provide valuable insight into project execution, risk management, operational efficiency, and client success. He has worked extensively with public agencies, private developers, commercial clients, and institutional organizations, helping deliver facilities and infrastructure that support long-term community and economic growth.
As COO of CEI Engineering, Brad focuses on developing future leaders, improving project delivery systems, strengthening financial performance, and creating scalable processes that support sustainable organizational growth. His leadership philosophy centers on servant leadership, continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams capable of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
