A 31-year veteran of project design and management, I have touched almost every type of project CEI Engineering has been involved with since joining the firm in 1988. I have designed and managed permitting on over 1,000 small and large projects in 47 states, and I currently lead CEI’s Restaurant Development team as well as building and directing training for CEI’s 75 Project Managers and Designers.
I move my projects efficiently from site investigation to completion. Whether coordinating large retail projects like WalMart, Kohl’s or Belz Outlet Malls or smaller fueling, retail, and restaurant facilities, I consult and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure due diligence from the outset. With a focus on communication, discovery, and thoroughness, I stay on top of potential issues and challenges, eliminate surprises, and establish clear, achievable expectations for everyone involved.
Highly skilled in storm water management, utility extensions, and local jurisdictions, I have developed a process that efficiently manages projects of all sizes. I have also designed a site investigation reporting process that has become industry standard. With three decades of technical and training expertise, I am proud to have been hands-on in establishing CEI Engineering’s growth and reputation.
