Jeffrey D. Geurian, PE, FASCE

My role as a leader is measured by the success of our people.

A career engineer and entrepreneur, I specialize in solving problems and finding better, faster, more effective ways of delivering on CEI’s commitments to our clients and driving purposeful, innovative actions and outcomes for our industry as a whole.

I am a strategist, a teacher, and a captain. I have completed designs on thousands of land development projects across the country. I continue to work closely with small business owners and nationally focused, multi-unit conglomerates – streamlining processes and developing systems and strategies that lower costs and improve the quality of project delivery while providing intelligent, creative approaches that resolve our clients’ challenges.

When I set out to launch my career in the early 90’s, I was determined to find a firm that would not only give me control over my own destiny but would also encourage my professional growth. Having found that at CEI, I am diligent about making sure that same environment of opportunity remains prevalent at CEI today.

From helping pull CEI through years of volatile development cycles to our designation as an ENR 500 firm, I thrive on overcoming obstacles and helping others do the same. My goal has always been to develop and lead a dream team of driven, people-focused technical experts who continually redefine the industry and customer service experience. Planning for our future by setting industry standards, creating a culture of inclusion and support, and developing our team is at the heart of who I am.
