About Me
John Trahan has more than 10 years of experience as a project manager and nearly 18 years of experience supporting Walmart across a wide range of facility types and operational programs. He previously served as CEI’s Program Manager for the new Walmart Home Office Campus, where he coordinated with the design team, managed internal staff and subconsultants, oversaw construction document production, represented client interests at public hearings, and supported construction observation, closeout, and budget oversight. John is now transitioning into the role of department manager for CEI’s new Construction Administration Services Department. His background includes work on distribution centers, data centers, retail stores, fueling stations, aviation facilities, campus properties, and large-scale maintenance programs, which has strengthened his relationships with Walmart teams, design partners, and local agencies. He brings a reliable, client-centered approach to project delivery and is skilled in guiding complex projects from early planning through final completion.
