Our People

Anna Stamps, PE, CFM

There is nothing better than seeing the public use and enjoy your designs.

Committed to understanding and delivering on my clients’ goals, I am a relationship building problem-solver with proven technical expertise.  I lead the Public Works Department at CEI, and I make it a point to know my team and maintain hands-on access through every part of the design, planning, and implementation process.

After earning my BSCE from the University of Arkansas, I honed my skills as a designer for several years working on a variety of public sector projects, including roadways, infrastructure distribution systems, railroad realignment, and trail design. I value continuing education and professional development. I am a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Engineers Without Borders, Tau Beta Pi Honor Society and Chi Epsilon Honor Society. I am a certified floodplain manager and the City Engineer for the City of Centerton, Arkansas. I am driven to provide the same quality support to my clients and staff.

Adaptable, approachable, and available to my clients and my team, I love that what I do impacts people in a positive way, and I truly care about the people I work with.  To me, it’s never just another project.
