The Shoppes at Pinnacle Hills

This prominent 17-acre mixed-use development in Rogers, Arkansas features more than 200,000 square feet of office space, retail shops, restaurants, and convention facilities. CEI provided comprehensive civil engineering services, including the planning, design, permitting, and construction observation of the infrastructure required to support the development.

Working closely with the project architects and stakeholders, CEI coordinated the planning and permitting process while addressing complex site challenges such as utility relocations, phased building construction, and project scheduling. Extensive mass grading operations were completed, including the design and construction of detention and sedimentation basins to support effective stormwater management.

CEI’s infrastructure design services included sanitary sewer systems, storm drainage, water distribution facilities, streets, and parking areas. Careful coordination of site improvements and vertical construction was essential to maintain the project schedule and support timely commercial openings. CEI also provided construction observation services to ensure quality control and successful implementation of the infrastructure improvements.
