The Midtown Office is located in the heart of Downtown Bentonville and includes a five-story parking garage and a five-story office building connected by two level pedestrian connections across NW A Street, one of the busiest roads in the Downtown Area. These impressive structures will provide approximately 500 parking spaces and 8000 SF of retail and office space. Besides the challenge of building these structures in the middle of a thriving Downtown, the location and size of the parking garage structure also called for the need for innovative stormwater management systems which have been provided beneath the garage structure. The garage structure will also have photovoltaic on top of the garage with controlled access to various levels.
