JB Hunt Corporate Campus

JB Hunt Transport Services, along with Wal-Mart Stores and Tyson Foods, is often considered one of the pillars of the Northwest Arkansas economy. CEI has been providing consulting services since the beginning of its corporate office campus development, situated alongside I-49 in Lowell, Arkansas. Completion of their original corporate building over 25 years ago was followed by a second tower rising adjacent to their original office building. We at CEI are proud to have always been the first and only choice as JB Hunt has grown and prospered. We attribute our relationship to both the competency and professionalism of our capable associates and to our responsiveness and focus on our client’s needs. The third office tower presented new challenges as the available land within the corporate campus has been developed over the years. Parking for the new office is situated on the opposite side of Spring Creek. To provide access, a pedestrian sky bridge was constructed across the creek. Another challenge of this Creekside location was the impacts within the floodplain, which CEI was able to resolve with an updated flood study and permitting with the local floodplain administrator and FEMA. The project also required utility extensions and relocations, including design and coordination with the local water and sewer utility.
