CEI Engineering Associates is proud to announce the promotion of Kevin Hall, PS, to Director of Technical Services. In this expanded leadership role, Kevin will oversee and coordinate CEI’s core technical departments, including Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Land Surveying.
With over 20 years at CEI, Kevin brings deep institutional knowledge, a collaborative mindset, and a strong commitment to professional development. As Director of Technical Services, he will focus on strengthening cross-departmental communication, enhancing resource management, providing technical mentorship, and supporting the continued growth of CEI’s client relationships and services nationwide.
“My goal is to build strong teams and introduce new service opportunities that CEI hasn’t previously offered—ultimately advancing our people, our departments, and the company as a whole,” said Kevin.
Kevin’s journey at CEI began in 2004, and his career has progressed through numerous technical and leadership positions including Field Specialist, CAD Technician, Survey Technician, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and most recently, Survey Department Manager. He views this next step as both exciting and challenging—especially as he expands his knowledge beyond his foundation in land surveying to embrace broader engineering and design disciplines.
To ensure a seamless transition, CEI has named Dustin Riley, PS, as the new Survey Department Manager. A long-time colleague and respected leader in his own right, Dustin has worked closely with Kevin for two decades and plans to carry forward his leadership principles.
“Kevin’s dedication, integrity, and commitment to growth have shaped our department. I look forward to continuing that legacy while delivering exceptional surveying services to our clients and communities,” said Dustin.
