New Sam’s Club Childcare Facility

While CEI has historically helped Walmart and Sam’s Club grow their new store program across the US, did you know that we’ve assisted them with a variety of other facilities? CEI recently assisted Sam’s Club entitle, design, permit and construct a new childcare facility on SE S Street across from the Sam’s Club Home Office. This facility shares a parking lot with the new Sam’s Club Layout Center and includes an over 19,000 SF building, two play grounds, a 6 FT tall retaining wall, parking, utilities, and extensive landscaping.
