CEI provided surveying, rezoning and entitlement, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the proposed 236-unit apartment community on approximately 12 acres near the City of Bentonville Community Center. CEI worked with an out of state owner and architectural team to develop the rezoning and entitlements documents prior to the purchase of the property. Upon completion of the rezoning, the client purchased the property and CEI continued working with the project team and city of Bentonville for the required utility coordination, permit drawings, and construction plan approval. Working together with the client and city of Bentonville, CEI was able to develop a creative stormwater management design that allowed addition of 12 living units to the planned development.
