Town Branch Multifamily Development

A contextual neighborhood approach to multifamily, the project, featuring 375 units across 29 structures amongst a robust landscape network aims to deconstruct traditional multifamily development. The project aims to achieve balance with the existing single-family neighborhood fabric while celebrating the vernacular landscape to promote a strong social vitality within the built environment. At City U, pedestrians and cyclists take precedence over motor vehicles, shifting the focus to social interaction by expanding the concept of the traditional single-family ‘porch’ to promote the connection between architectural elements, landscape, and users. Situated on 9 acres, this multifamily, multi-site, and multi-building project will offer a unique living experience within Bentonville’s developing Market District.
