Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art Underground Parking

This project is a non-traditional parking structure housing approximately 200+ parking spaces. The project has both surface parking and integrated subsurface parking within a cast in place concrete structure. The project required complex drainage engineering and specific detail to grades for ease of public use and accessibility. CEI also provided traffic circulation and loading and delivery planning. This was a fast track project in which CEI collaborated with a wide array of specialty consultants on the team.
