Community focused food hub, approximately 8.5 acres, that supports small and midsize farmers to feed a cycle of growth for the area’s agricultural producers and food entrepreneurs. It is a destination for people from and around Northwest Arkansas. CEI provided the ALTA survey, platting, and easement dedications for the development. One challenge was coordinating with ARDOT to tie into the proposed SE 8th right-of-way. During the course of the project, the right-of-way changed several times so keeping up was difficult.
