In the summer of 2016, the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism issued a Request for Qualifications to provide on-call engineering design services for construction and repair/renovation projects at selected state parks. With our extensive parks and trails experience, plus many thousands of completed commercial and municipal infrastructure projects, we put together a team at CEI, submitted our qualifications, and were honored with the state parks contract for up to seven years.
