Johnson Square is an 80-acre walkable mixed-use neighborhood which includes a diverse combination of development of both single and multifamily residential, office, retail, and civic spaces based on transect-based planning. This planned unit development brings forward standards for building typology and architectural standards to promote density and create a dynamic walkable community for residents. CEI was retained as engineer of record, construction administration, and platting services.
