The 367-acre tract of land resides on both sides of the Arkansas-Missouri state line between Benton County, AR and McDonald County, MO. The state line was retraced and fractional section breakdown was performed. Both Arkansas and Missouri state minimum standards were followed to meet state survey requirements. The vacation of a county road was successful with coordination from circuit judges with the two jurisdictions.
