Right of Way/Route and Corridor Alignment Surveys

Based on our experience with the Razorback Greenway trail system. CEI was selected to provide boundary and easement documentation for the Back Forty mountain bike trail system through Bella Vista. The soft trail network provides a path for the growing group of mountain bike uses in the Northwest Arkansas community. CEI surveyors worked closely with the contractor and the NWA Trailblazers to monument the boundary of the surrounding property owners, and develop easements for the trail use crossing private property. Over 3 miles of boundary were marked along the 2.7 miles of soft trail system. CEI prepared 10 easement exhibits for the project covering nearly 9 acres of property.
