XNA Parking Garage - NWA National Airport

The XNA Parking Garage Project is a design-Build effort that began in late 2015. XNA selected the Nabholz team to provide all services from schematic designs through construction of the Garage. The Nabholz team was comprised of the contractor (Nabholz), a structural engineering/parking garage design firm, an architectural firm, a Site/Civil design firm (CEI), plus others. The team worked with XNA to ultimately select the design of a 4 level garage that provides approximately 1500 parking spaces. The cost for design and construction is estimated to be $35 million.
