Size & Type:
- Sites range between 1.0 acres to 2 acres.
- Kiosk size 500 to 800 SF.
- Fuel Canopy, ranges from 16 to 20 fuel positions (8 to 10 pumps)
- Project Types – Primarily Ground-up new construction, retrofit site in existing Kroger Marketplace shopping center parking lots, and outlot/parcel developments.

- Conceptual Site Layouts for client decision making
- Site Feasibility Reports and Cost Estimates
- ALTA/Topo/Boundary Survey
- Mapping and Platting
- Civil Engineering Construction Documents both on-site and off-site (Plans: Site, Paving, Demolition, Grading/Drainage, Utility, Erosion Control, associated details)
- Landscape & Irrigation Design/Plans.
- Hydrology Reports, NPDES & SWPPP/BMP plans/reporting and Earthwork Calculations
- Wetlands Studies, Wetlands Mitigation Plans
- Coordinate with the client and assist as requested in Entitlements, Permitting and Coordination with approving Agencies
- Civil Specifications
- Construction Support (Bid Questions, RFI’s, As-Built Plans, Pad Certifications, Project Close Outs)
