A City-funded project that included 8 competition grade tennis courts, a pavilion, restroom, parking lot and pedestrian trail connection. This project utilized a post tension slab under the tennis courts to increase court longevity and incorporated soil amendments to reduce overall project cut and fill. This change netted the project an approximate $200,000 savings.
