Tire & Battery Corporation (TBC) Distribution Center

CEI assisted Tire & Battery Corporation (TBC) with the design and construction of over 1.5-million SF of distribution center/warehouse space in Rossville, Tennessee. This facility has the capacity to house over 2.1-million tires. CEI’s role included design review, value engineering, QA/QC oversight, and construction management services. CEI served as TBC’s owner’s representative in the field and was responsible for making sure all of the site work improvements were completed according to TBC’s performance specifications and construction standards. For much of the construction duration, this meant daily oversight of the contractor’s work. The project opened for operations in 2017.
