Project Sunrise Distribution Center

CEI designed and managed the 58 acre, 400,900 SF Distribution Center located in Pasco, Washington area. This project included coordinating site development requirements with public agencies, prepared plans and specifications for utilities, earthwork, storm water management, erosion control documentation, and civil permitting of the project. CEI assisted client with Due Diligence reporting by managing the ALTA Survey consultant, Environmental Site Assessment consultant, Geotechnical consultant, and prepared the Site Investigation Report for Real Estate transaction team use.
