CEI assisted In-N-Out Burger with moving the west coast chain to the Midwest by completing several new developments in the Texas Market. CEI has completed approximately 35 sites in CA, AZ and TX. The landscape standards for In-N-Out Burger where significant as they wanted to bring the west coast look to the Midwest.
