Jim Tredwell

Jim Tredwell is a skilled professional with vast experience in every aspect of commercial development including strategic planning and implementation, budget, real estate operations, site investigation, due diligence, entitlements, project management, quality control, and construction administration. He has proven success in retail, mixed-use, residential, and special use ground-up projects totaling more than $500 million. He has excelled in his previous roles of Senior Construction Development and Project Manager, Architectural and Engineering Manager, and is now the Fueling & Convenience National Development Expert at CEI Engineering Associates. Jim uses his extensive knowledge and expertise to oversee developments from inception to completion while building positive working relationships with the client, stakeholders, and regulatory officials. His capacity for identifying and maximizing project opportunities makes him an invaluable asset to any commercial development team.
