Matthew Donnell

Matt is a seasoned land planner and project manager with 15+ years in public and private development. He held managing roles in city planning and commercial retail, gaining comprehensive experience in successful project execution.
His expertise spans grant funding, permitting, site review, community engagement, design, and overseeing civil engineering, architecture, and construction.
Matt advanced from Special Projects Coordinator to Senior Planner and Assistant Town Manager in Fairview, TX, followed by a role as a Sr. Planner for the City of Dallas. In the private sector, he secured land entitlements and approvals for park and trail design, commercial, single-family, and mixed-use developments. He is a member of the American Planning Association, National Recreation and Park Association, Texas Municipal League, and Greater Dallas Planning Council.
