Mark Weightman brings more than 30 years of experience in construction leadership to the CEI team. His career is defined by precision, strategic planning, and results-driven execution. He has overseen multimillion-dollar projects ranging from ground-up commercial developments to NFL-level synthetic turf installations, with experience spanning projects across the United States and
internationally.
Mark’s expertise includes commercial construction and sports facility development, cost analysis and estimating, contract negotiation, fleet management, and specialized knowledge of synthetic turf and multifield construction. He provides strategic construction support focused on operational efficiency, licensing and regulatory compliance, and effective project execution. Known for his hands-on leadership and collaborative approach, Mark also develops systems-riven estimating tools and database programs that streamline operations and improve accuracy. Through executive-level insight and practical guidance, he helps project teams deliver complex projects with confidence and consistency.
