Tim Varley is an experienced professional with expertise in the development of both small and large scall projects. He oversees the daily operations of the Commercial II department with responsibilities that include the organizational structure, department financials, as well as the guidance and mentorship of his 20-person team. He has previously served as a Director of Development for national retail brands and was responsible for the creation of the department, real estate negotiations, jurisdictional approvals, and construction. Tim has proven time management and communication skills and thrives on working with a talented team of individuals. He has successfully built and developed programs specifically tailored to client needs and enjoys finding creative ways to resolve complex situations
