Zach is a tireless community advocate and skilled project manager. His experience with land development has given him a unique perspective—as he has been both a client and consultant—and has spanned design and construction feasibility aspects. Starting as a drafter more than 13 years ago, Zach has proved himself to consistently deliver successful projects regardless of his role. He has led projects in both commercial and municipal areas, with sizes ranging from small site improvements to multi-acre developments across multiple states.
Zach looks for ways to give back to the community by sharing what he loves. He served an active role in local government as a member of the Pea Ridge Planning Commission for four years, and was chairman for three of those years. Zach also was on the Board of Directors for the International Federation of Fly Fishers for five years, and was state coordinator for Reel Recovery, a non-profit that teaches fly fishing to men battling cancer.
