Richard Scoggin

Mr. Scoggin retired after 34 years in education. During his extensive career, he served multiple districts as a Teacher-Coach, High School Principal, Superintendent of Schools, and the last eight years as Executive Director of Athletics for Weatherford ISD. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the design of campuses, bond campaigns, construction of facilities, remodeling projects, and most recently, the construction of district-wide new and/or rejuvenated athletic facilities. His primary goal is to provide exceptional sports facilities for each district from concept to project completion. Richard’s insider experience in the education field allows a significant advantage to see through the lens of the school district throughout the entire project as he guides the sports facility team members.
